There are a lot of negative comments on this site. I have to say I am a happy camper. I received mine within days and it works. Sometimes after a treatment I still am in pain until the next day. I use it constantly on my feet and use it to firm face. If the gel runs out you can also use vitamin e and other oils to replace it. I paid $19.99 for mine (shipping included). I would reorder. Very pleased with the little device. Even take it in my purse so I have it if need be.
I have one and it helps with joint pain and tendon pain, not neuropathy. It also is cheaply made and I can’t always get it to work.

Right knee cap worked it for two days and pain is just about gone. It must be working lol also they are shipped from China Beijing and mine took two weeks. I would recommend it u have nothing lose.
It works but you have to use it on yourself. It has to complete the circuit. Be sure and read all of the instructions. I am also going to check with my dr about using it too much.
I have it but struggling to use it😫😫. No instructions really about where to hold it to fix particular issues. I have bad neck and shoulder pain… anyone have any pointers? Yes the obvious is to hold on my neck……😂😂 but only reacts in certain places which are not the sore spots😫
I bought one of these for my sister Mary. I used it on her hands ( and it helped her) but her PT and OT said because of her nerve damage a novice could cause her more pain. So I bought it back home to me. I have used it several times and I believe it helped me.
I recently got one and used it last week on my shoulder and the pain really did go away …. can’t really vouch for it as I used it once only …. I am going to try it on my other shoulder and will see …. it does kinda send shock waves through ur hand whist using it though which I don’t really like … but was pleasantly surprised by no pain the next morning ….
Reading alot of the comments, few negative, mostly positive, so Im taking a chance and just ordered one..I really need something for arthritic pain in my hands and tired of taking otc meds..

The last 6 months my elbows hurt me . I got therapy , ice , electrical discharges , laser , but nothing . Epicondylitis is the diagnosis , I would like to kown if the laser pen could help me .
I got one and yes it does work. Only complaint I have is booklet could of been in bigger print as had to get magnifying glass out but the device does the job .
This pen really does work, relieves the pain but not permanently. I love it and use instead of painkillers

My hubby uses one ( not the one in video ) for arthritic knees and is almost pain free and sleeping better at night now I have used it too and can vouch for its efficacy I can’t say it will work for everyone but it’s certainly worth trying We wouldn’t be without one now. The results for us were almost instantaneous x

I have one, and it does help with pain. Wouldn’t want to have to do without it now. Also, mine took a long time to come. Maybe 3-4 weeks. don’t give up. It does come from China.
