Here in Australia these flying foxes host/carry/spread two very deadly viruses, Hendra and lyssavirus that have killed people including veterinarians and horses who are required by law to be euthanased if tested positive for the Hendra virus. But we also have other kinds of much smaller bats, as well.
I think bats are awesome. Take the time to learn about them before judging
Misunderstood and more often then not they are killed for reason ,other then they are considered ugly and a pest….. Sad!!!!!
By the way, these bats are called flying foxes because their faces are fox like. I’m bat crazy. 🦇

Aaaaaawwwwww! Turkeys don’t eat meat. It’s the hawks you need to worry about. Bats won’t eat these animals, either.
