It’s a Lhasa Apso and that is not a wig. Google it. We had a Lhasa but we choose to keep his hair short because we are lazy.
And how do you know whether the dog runs in the yard or romps in the garden. Don’t be so judgemental about people whom you know nothing about. You saw a picture of a few minutes of her life.

Is this taken immediately before a SHOW…I hope so. I cannot imagine that this beautifully groomed pup looks like this every day…you certainly promote play outdoors to keep attitude beautiful as well as health.
