So true. Next Saturday we will be married 45 years. It’s not always been smooth sailing but if you truly love each other you work thru whatever it is together. I thank God every day for bringing me Doug. He is a wonderful man who loves me despite my faults. And I love him the same.

Yes I so agree! It’s a 50/50 situation. It takes two to make a marriage. I’ve been with my husband 49 years. Has it always been easy, no, but you take the good with the bad! We just celebrated 49 years together. Praise the Lord!

My mom and dad were married for almost 53 years..we lost my father last week..my mom is lost without him..he Always made sure she was happy and loved..razzing her daily was a sign of his affection.. LOVE IS EVERYTHING
