I see the attention in comments is primarily on the honey. Nothing about the yogurt? That yogurt bark looked delish but for it to be vegan needs to be a dairy-free yogurt. There are yummy brands available for it so yay on progress.

Everyone in the comments is overreacting, cmon now vegans should know that you can sub agave or maple syrup for honey.

The only reason I am disliking this video is because some of these recipes were not vegan and I think the title should be changed from vegan recipes to vegetarian and vegan recipes (or just vegetarian recipes)
