If anyone hasn’t noticed this is a medical issue. Not a chat show. If you don’t like it don’t watch. The dr is there to help, treat and heal. She’s not there to entertain people. On let’s face it a severe issue. And we don’t know the background of the case or the other issues or if this patient Is doing her best to take care of herself, and if the other issues there. I heard the patient say at the end of her treatment she felt so much better. For the moment ..job done. X

I know she can’t say so… But I wouldn’t wanna interact with someone like that either.. Seems like no matter what u tell this patient, they will have an opinion that is the opposite. Hard to talk to those folks.
I have watched a few of your videos and not especially impressed, you seem to do the bare minimum. a little moisture on those nails would help soften up the skin & the nails for working with them .. I turn the sound off so dont know how your bedside manner is ..

Gosh I’ve just watched a few of these and your bedside manner is awful, I certainly wouldn’t give you any of my hard earnt money…..shocking .you come across short snappy and like everything is an effort…you’re not kind friendly or talkative …..

Dr. Sounds miserable and short. Conversate with the last you might be the only person she gets to talk to all day. What a drag.
She need to have a blood circulation test done on her feet to see why she is retaining fluid It could be a number of things.

I don’t think your attitude is bad. You are matter of fact. Giving honest, helpful answers. You do a great job with some of these awful hard toes. Trust me. I am 61 and have been seeing doctors of all sorts for myself, children and husband and now grandchildren. I like the direct approach. I have had to be forceful with doctors concerning my parents and grandchildren. But they were supposed to be specialists in other fields. I am grateful my mom taught me good nail care. You are doing a wonderful job.

This patient is nerv wracking. Not coming in for months, horrible feet, and then talking on about all kinds of issues. I am sorry for you Dr. Some patients are just a pain in the butt.
If that is only 3 months growth then her nails grow fast OR mine grow slow!
You have a HORRIBLE bedside manner. Such a condescending attitude toward these older folks that need comforting and reassurance. This video isn’t too bad, but some of your videos are. If I brought someone to you and you had the attitude I would never bring them back.
