My heart jumped when she said she had Rhabdomyosarcoma… this makes me want to get deeper into Yoga. simply because of the healing she was able to gain in her mind from it… I have been in remission for 10 years but I've been there, where she is, as a child… But I need that type of healing in my mind for other stuff that aren't as heavy as chemo. It is funny how different things can weigh heavier on different people…
It is a great discovery being able to do yoga in the mind as even in that way it will bring a person into balance. I had a teacher for many years whoms voice is still able to guide me into the different asanas, in mind as well as in body…….
Great video. I just finished "Foods to Fight Cancer" by doctor's Beliveau and Gingras (excellent book). They suggest the much of same. I'm currently recovering from cancer treatment and have been enjoying these foods. If I'd known eating this way was so tastey I would have gone veggie a long time ago (and maybe have avoided cancer).
I love this series so much! Yuko is intensely inspiring. Thank you for featuring her.
Wonderful 🙂
That's wonderful and definitely what we hope for these videos! Be well
I was strengthened just watching this video. Thank you.
This is so lovely and inspiring…I love how she says "I didn't even need a body to do yoga"
Love you Yuko! You are amazing 🙂

Oh thank you so much for sharing! It's wonderful to hear you've developed a yoga practice now, 17 years after the fact – so inspiring!
Love this, wish I was practicing yoga when I went through Hodgkin's Lymphoma 17 years ago, but glad I am doing it now!

Hi and really thanks for your videos ,and I want to ask you about the Garlic here in the Middle East highly recommend it
i heard eating a cup of blueberries with black pepper and cardamon a day doubles your cancer fighting cells.
Your videos are so educational, but NOT boring! Can you please do one on ways to detox the lungs after quitting smoking.
Can you suggest substitutes for kale, broccoli, flax, and walnuts for those with hypothyroidism?
Thanks Val! I appreciate your comments and feedback!
