First, that’s not a very large cow or bull so it looks like a breed into its own and the show cows that were shown in the 4-H club that I belonged to did not have hair on their legs or their body long enough to blow dry it and fluff it out like that I don’t care how much you blow dry it or how much gel you put on it their hair would not have been long enough to fluff out like that so I would say it’s a certain breed because of the size and coat length.
Basically, it’s a cow or bull (or adorable, adorable calf) that has been primped and pampered into fluffiness. To delighful — and sometimes slightly terrifying — effect.
