I didn´t even want that. I grew up after WW2 in the UK and there was not much money around and food war rationed We were all so easy to please and I feel sorry for the kids nowadays really.
OMG, I sat next to a girl named Catherine in 4th grade who had these and I had a lil cartón and always wished someday I had these. When I had children I made sure they had them.
I am a monitor on an elementary school bus. Most of our students are on the bus for less than 15 minutes so we ask them to leave all phones, and electronics in backpack so they can be alert in the event of an emergency. Have had to remind all riders even kindergarteners of that rule several times.
For sure! I’m still coloring. Use pencils now tho😂
I was thrilled when I got a box in my stocking some 70 years ago.
Yep! I now have an ornament on my Christmas tree of my 64’s with the pencil sharpener! And also a real one in my desk.
I got a gift of Box of 64 in the mail to me from a very good friend ❤️ I was so Happy and Surprised when I opened it up
Was over the moon to get a box with gold, silver and bronze in it.
I was so excited when my grandfather, PaPruett, bought these for me. I have not forgotten, that was quite a luxury in the late 50’s!
That built in sharpener was high tech
I love the smell of a new box of crayola

Got a box every Christmas.
It was awesome and paper dolls love them
It was a much better time. Being excited about new pencils & crayons. That is being a child
Totally what I wanted and the sharpener !!!!
Sadly we have broken our children and we have broken their world. God help us all.
Oh yes with the added bonus of a crayon sharpener .
Came with the long lost Flesh colored crayon.
Times have changed, that is for sure.
I got one of these for my birthday, loved drawing and a pen with 6 colours too..
They still want these! Trust me, I teach 3rd grade!
And my parents wouldn’t get me one
I was lucky enough 2 have these!!

I got it for Christmas one yr and i thought it was the best .. wouldn’t let my siblings touch it
Sharpener in back was the shit… Like having rims on your car…lol
Crayons would make me so happy even if I was never good at drawing.
