At the height of Titanic madness a huge display was brought to Australia. It included photos of the victim’s funerals, and of the passengers. Photos on board taken by a Father Brown, newspapers of the day, menus, dishes & personal artefacts like wallets, letters, jewellry. There was even a scale model of Titanic. It was heartwrenching. The victims now became real, not just characters in a movie. To this day it breaks my heart. Thank you very much for this very informative video.
I was not sure how old you are I new you are young but you know alot about the history of Hollywood most young people don’t care about that stuff, well if were in high school in 1997 I’m close to twice your age because I was 32 in 1997.
Jordan, you’re such a nice, likeable fellow. I really am enjoying your channel. Do you know if the wife was still alive when the locket was found? What a sad story for all involved. Very nice video, thank you!
I love it that Billy Zane is in Titanic and also played the little brother to Lea Thompson in Back to the Future.
Have a great day from like #444

A great video once again and interesting story. Thanks Jordan great find
I really enjoy your videos. I was out there in April and didn’t get to see a whole lot. You’ve given me a whole list to work on next time. Have a great day !!!
I’m not one to complain so I never found it necessary to comment on your heretofore constant camera motion and sometimes excessive panning. Most recently I have found your steadier shooting and holding a longer shot on your subject matter to be ideal, It gives the viewer ample time to really study buildings and objects that they may never otherwise see, and it doesn’t detract from your superlative narratives. Nice work. As a movie buff, presently involved in my 4th online course in motion picture history, I find your on-location historical vlogs to be entertaining, informative, and fulfilling. Your narratives and background information are second to none. Given the time constraints that you are probably under, you still manage to successfully spend enough time with your subject matter to provide the viewer with an enriching experience.

Interesting take, Jordan, but where did you get the information that ‘Titanic’ was filmed at Paramount Studios? The movie was shot down in Baja California, Mexico at a studio that 20th Century Fox built. Paramount was only brought into the project later when the costs of production started to skyrocket and Fox wanted to another studio to come aboard in case the thing turned into an expensive flop.
They built three tanks down in Baja, including the big tank beside the ocean where a nearly full-scale replica of the Titanic was built, and two inside tanks–one which they sank the sets into and one that was to represent the calm ocean after the ship broke in two and sank.
A Variety reporter wrote a book on the making (if you’re interested in reading it, let me know; I could mail you my copy) and if you watch the film on BluRay or DVD, there are a number of features on the filming as well as commentary from James Cameron himself on stories behind the film. About the only part that was done in the U.S. were the special effects.
I’m one of the few who never saw the movie. Only parts of it. Interesting story, though.
Hey Jordan!
The Titanic Exhibit is a permanent fixture at the Luxor. Come on out and I’ll be glad to take you there!
🦁💙 Rocky
This is a sad story but Virginia did live and interesting his shaving kit was found with the locket inside. Thank you for telling Walters and Virginia"s story. RIP
Hi Jordan & Jah….Grandpa Grumpy & I have been overdosing on your videos trying to catch up. We discovered your vlogs through the Woo and we are loving your vlogs!! Have you ever done ET’s filming place? And Grandpa has been searching your vlogs for something on Judy Garland. Keep up the excellent work….what you show us we will never get to see "in person". Give that party animal Jah a hug from us!
Totally cool
Titanic was such an iconic film and such a tragic story always in tears when watching it . 😢 great vlog as always 👍🏻🙂
Can you do a video on Lynnewood Hall? It’s also connected to the Titanic as one of the owners Peter A.B. Widener – his son went down with the ship. The mansion now sits abandoned.
love youre videos thanks for youre hard work love u jah
I loved this one, I wanna go to Hollywood forever now to see more of the historical parts of it now. Thank you!
Gooood morning Jordan and Jah!!! Another great vlog. Cool story, yet again you have inspired me to start researching and reading up on history.
You are so close to 3000! So cool how quickly your channel is growing. Hope you have a great day!

Very sad story. Can you image losing your spouse on your honeymoon?.
It’s so heart breaking 💔
Thank you for sharing with us👍
Your vlogs are awesome bro! Love the history behind them 👌🏼 Keep up the great work! You def deserve way more views!
Woah! Very cool story!
Great story. Great vlog.
My grandfather, his sister and her husband were suppose to come to America on the Titanic. However on the trip from Denmark to England my grandfather cut and bruised his leg very badly. It became infected and when they were inspected by the doctors before boarding the vessel, the doctors deemed it too severe of an infection and denied him access. His sister and brother-in-law stayed with him instead of boarding. Our family’s little claim to fame/infamy.
Yesterday I saw Jah’s twin. Even the harnass and leash were the exact same.
The Stained Glass in that Crypt is Beautiful 💙 You have a real flair for telling a story💙You do it with such Grace & Heartfelt Dignity💙 I have read several books about the Titanic, it was a Tragity
Good video 🙂
Great vlog on things I didn’t know.
Is Virginia entombed there as well?
I love the stories of Titanic 🚢 and the people who were on the Titanic I find it very fascinating thanks, Jordan 🦁
thanks for another interesting video. have a good day
Off topic from this vlog, but a friend of mine just told me about a rental at 10051 cielo dr that is actually part of the original Valentino falcon lair estate. It was just divided, I looked it up on google maps and it’s clear that in 1921 it was all one estate
Great vlog!
How amazing and very interesting!!! I love stories around Titanic. I love everything from that era….huge Victorian age fan right here!!!!
What a tragic story.
Really good vlog of a sweet and sad story. My favorite part, though, was Jah looking up at you with sweet face and just the tip of his tail slightly wagging. So precious!
Romantic but tragic story Jordan. Hi to little Jah. Love from Australia 😎
What an amazing story, thanks.
The Titanic Movie was not a bad representation of a few things that happened in history of the fateful day that the Titanic Sank as they say Hollywood has got a tendency of over dramatizing things in fact and in fiction. I do not mind the human element of the story behind the influence of a movie such as the Titanic but when it comes to over dramatizing Piranhas , Anacondas and Sharks it really does affect some peoples thoughts to not knowing the actual world we live in.
I saw the exhibit at the Luxor and the one in Branson. So fascinating, especially the one in Branson.
This is an amazing story of Walter Clark, whose body was never found. Walter’s father, J. Ross Clark is the brother of William A. Clark, Jr., who is entombed in the island mausoleum at Hollywood Forever. W.A. Clark, Jr. also lost a son in a tragic airplane accident. Lots of sadness. Such a great vlog, Jordan!
Hehehehehehehe you little punk he’s so cute
Thank you 😊 again I love watching your vlogs they are so kool😎😎😎😎😎👍👍👍🤩🤩🤩
Nice.
