The school I went to, I saw the students who went there become homeless. I felt bad when I saw them going there wanting to be something in life. The school closed, I didn’t receive any job, I too became homeless, I moved to LA staying at a mission, the Department of Educating was sending threats about their payment. I got a job at Wendy’s on Sunset and Labrea and started paying them back the $3,000 loan. So I paid $2,000. Moved back to Ohio and fell on hard times again. Started back working, and they took my $1,000 income check, but denied they took it and tried to blame it on the IRS. So the whole process started over because of the accrued interest. Now they wanted $7,000. I started paying on that. I gave them $5,000 over the years. Then the same thing happened again where I would Lose my job, they would sell my loan to another company and the process would repeat with me having bad credit, despite me paying my bills on time, and the nightmare starts over while the government let these crooks take advantage of you, and them getting rich. I stopped signing to the new loan places, and when the Trump administration came along, they started garnishing my money and took over $1,000. I was paying on my dental out of pocket which is over $8,000 and I’m barely able to afford food today. The government system had ruined many lives while they’re living rich at our expense.

She always passes the buck. she will be gone in November.

They will never pass student loan forgiveness because the sad fact is our entire banking industry is held up by the high interest rates these loans generate. If we start forgiving these loans, the income falls, and the banks will begin to fail.
