Everyone is looking after punjab police and state government’s role in this incident but has anyone from the so called protesters has been taken to custody for the interrogation?

I wonder why khalistan moment gets more active when congress monarch 👑 is not in power in the center. How come state police of Punjab lapses which is under congress rule and khalistan link is linking together. I don’t think PM’S convoy should share any details of PM’S visit with opponents rulings state’s. Central security should be arranged at the venue and transportation via air only should be done. If any weather issue cancel the visit. Stop having police under control of state machinery. Bring it under governer control which will be overlooked by President.
