Roy Keane is who I think needs to come in and fix it. People forget Sir Alex came from Aberdeen not some phenomenonal team. He made them phenomenonal, his passions and experience, passion and knowledge at man utd plus a personality to push the owners to act accordingly and to keep it 💯 with fans ROY KEANE IS THE MAN WE NEED

Utd have real problems top to bottom, but the players have to take the most blame. They’re just not playing with the right motivation and passion. To me it looks like Jose was right when he said FA cup and 2nd place was one of his greatest achievements. Same with Tottenham, Jose gets outed then two more managers, one being the great Conti, can’t get them firing. It sounds like I have a great love for Mourinho but honestly I don’t, I just think we put so much on managers nowadays and average, overpaid players collectively get let off the hook!

Nice to see Roy supporting RR and making clear he needs to be backed 100% by the board.
I personally think, RR should be given a managers position for the next 2 seasons. It greatly improve his authority now as a long term manager, but equally and realistically, it will take at least 2 years to purge the ego filled, lazy players and replace them with young, talented players who will die for their manager and club. Only at the end of this 2 year period can you only hand over the team to a new manager that will continue RR’s philosophy. A change earlier is only going to continue this imbalanced and half hearted playing style.
The DNA must be set before handing the team over to a long term manager. Simple as that.

For Ralf, it is very hard for him to manage UTD cuz he knows that the club did not want him as manager and that he will be dumped next year regardless. We all know that UTD want Poch but needed an interm cuz Poch is still under contract at PSG. Ralf’s 4-2-2-2 transition is a long term job which will not be completed in a season. U have bums like Pogba,Bruno,Ronaldo and Cavani also who will not bother to press.
